The Henry Group is a consulting firm in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area, we provide nonprofits and small businesses with a variety of services including strategic planning, training and coaching, board governance, communications and social media management.  Our vision is to partner and work collaboratively with organizations to identify needs, create best practices and implement innovative solutions.

Aliah Henry is the Principal of The Henry Group, she is a seasoned executive with experience in Management, Financial Services and the Nonprofit area.   She is the founder, producer and host of Charity Talk, an internet radio segment focused on  highlighting the work of nonprofit organizations in North Texas.  Aliah earned her Masters in Business Administration from Texas Christian University, Neeley School of Business,  She holds a Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Sociology from Morris College and a Certificate in Nonprofit Management.  Aliah is a founding member of the HERitage Giving Fund and a past Board Member of Literacy Instruction for Texas, CEO Nonprofit Council and the Bryan’s House.  She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., a committed volunteer in the community and passionate on the issues of Homelessness, Education and Women & Children's issues.  Aliah resides is Grand Prairie, Texas with her husband Anthony, son Anthony Jr. and their Cocker Spaniel "Duke" 

Elton Taylor is a seasoned fundraiser who has spent his career as a communicator helping local as well as national nonprofit organizations successfully reach and engage their audiences.  He has earned the American Grant Writers Association's Certified Grant Writer (CGW) professional credential (2016), completed the Executive Certificate in Fundraising curriculum at the University of Texas at Dallas, and completed the Western Association of Chamber Executives' Academy for Chamber of Commerce Management. Elton's analytical skills, creativity, and strategic planning expertise have proven to be valuable assets to every team he has worked on.  

Tanya Allen is a 26-year fundraising veteran. She began her career with Children’s Medical Foundation, served as Development Director for several area non-profit organizations, and has been providing free-lance fundraising services for the past 9 years. Experienced in comprehensive fundraising, Tanya specializes in grant writing, winning over $17 million in grant awards from local, regional and national
foundations and corporate funders. She is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, and completed specialized training and certification through both The Grantsmanship Center and Certified Fundraising Executives International. 

Denise Bunkley is a media professional with more than three decades of local and national experience. She is an independent video producer and a media/public relations consultant.  She has worked with local nonprofits and entrepreneurs.  Denise specializes in video production, media and public relations, media training, community outreach, event planning and tourism promotion.  Denise is a former news and community affairs producer for CBS 11 in Dallas and ABC in Dallas and Austin, Texas and Baton Rouge, Louisiana.  She graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Radio, TV and Film.  Denise is a community volunteer and serves on nonprofit boards.
